The Oaks of Orangeburg Independent Living is Hiring a Maintenance Director Near Orangeburg, SC
This position is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dedicated team.
The Maintenance Director has an important role to ensure our community is maintained in good repair and all systems are in compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: painting, minor plumbing, floor care, and minor repairs throughout the community.

- At least 3 years of maintenance experience
