We are currently seeking a dynamic and compassionate nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who is committed to providing high-quality care to our residents. This position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment, where your skills and expertise will be valued and appreciated.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' health status and develop individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and adherence to medical protocols.
  • Monitor residents' vital signs and clinical indicators, intervening as necessary to address any changes or concerns.
  • Provide skilled nursing interventions, wound care, and other clinical procedures as required.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure residents' needs are met and their well-being is prioritized.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of nursing assessments, interventions, and resident responses to treatment.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of [Specify State].
  • Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting (new graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
