Responsibilities
- Deliveringhighend customer service

- Performing ingress / egress controlprocedures
- Investigatingincidents
- Completing daily logs andincident reports
- Buildingand Maintaining a professional rapport with clients guests andcoworkers
- Deescalatingconflicts

- Monitoring CCTVcameras
- Performing other relatedduties asassigned
Requirements
- Highschool Diploma or GED equivalent
- Two yearsof face to face customer serviceexperience
- Twoyears of securityexperience
- Basiccomputer skills (Email Microsoft Officeetc.)
- Excellentwritten and oral communicationskills
- Proficienttime managementskills
- Reliabletransportation
- Excellentdeescalationskills
- Proactiveproblem solvingskills
- Mustbe able to obtain state required security officerlicense
