A local Cabinet and counter top distributor is adding to their dynamic team! This individual will be responsible for sales and learning the different lines that the company represents. You will work with new and existing residential customers to help:

• Build rapport and connection with customers.
• Complete needs analysis to understand goals and budget.
• Consult with them on options – point in direction of budget and most important design elements.
• Go to home to measure the space.
• Explain our process and what to expect.
• Provide samples for customer to take home to see how it looks.
• Schedule follow-up appointment to review design and gain signatures on the contract.
• Gain information on client experience.
• Ask how they found us?
• What was your biggest fear in selecting cabinet/countertop?
• What would you change about your experience with us?
• Enter information into Moraware to create quote.
• Follow-up with customers to answer any questions regarding the quote or samples.
• Follow-up with customer after completion of project regarding their experience and testimonial

Customer Support:

• Complete design work based on consultation with customer.
• Check emails throughout the day for customer and vendor requests.
• Respond to customer questions as needed.
• Order product with suppliers (Initial Order)
• Provide counter top quote to Plant Manager when time for counter tops to be delivered.
• Schedule delivery to customers home with customer
• Review and acknowledge invoices to ensure correct for

Finance to process.

• Create Customer file.
• Print quote for Accounting, COO, if plumbing and facet involved, File 2 60%
• Quotes/Designs were completed within 24 hours.
• Products ordered timely to ensure project moves forward with urgency.
• All emails/calls from customers and suppliers are responded to with a minimum of next steps within same day.
• All reporting/files were completed timely, accurately and sent to appropriate staff.
• Positive feedback from internal staff, suppliers and customers was received.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $43,588.88 - $60,000.00 per year
