The NOW Massage South Bay was opened in November 2021 and currently provides services to 1,100 guests a month, has 800 amazing members, and continues to grow! A female owned and operated franchise, we truly understand and value the healing gifts massage therapists have to offer.

SEEKING CANDIDATES with availability weekdays 3:45pm to 8:15pm and Saturdays 9:45am to 8:15pm (minimum 4 hour shift) or Sundays 9:45am to 6:15pm (minimum 4 hour shift).

Position Requirements:

• CAMTC certification required, which must be maintained throughout employment if hired
• Knowledge of Swedish, Deep Tissue, sports & stretching techniques. Prenatal & energy work a plus!
• Excellent guest service skills, dedicated professional, motivated and positive attitude
• Must be able to work some evenings and holidays.
• Must be able to work one weekend shift: Friday PM shift counts as weekend
• Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 6 hours in length. Length of time of these tasks may vary from day to day and task to task.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill room resetting tasks and all massage service protocols. Requires grasping, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity.
• Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment.
• Will consider qualified candidates beginning their careers in massage therapy that possess the right qualities, as well as demonstrate innate talent for, and understanding of, therapeutic massage.

Each NOW boutique uses canvas draping to separate therapy spaces creating an airy feeling that adds to the soothing atmosphere. Natural wood surfaces and exposed beams are coupled with sheep skins, cactus galleries, and crystal grids. All the elements are aligned to form the ultimate zen environment for optimum relaxation.
With boutiques currently open from coast to coast and steady expansion on the horizon, The NOW is looking forward to bringing our thoughtfully crafted menu with customizable enhancements, healing products, and singular design aesthetic to cities all over the United States
