The Novak Team @ REAL Brokerage is Hiring an Operations & Marketing Administrator Near Everett, WA

We’re looking for a driven and dedicated administrative assistant to join our growing real estate company.

Your job will be to work closely with our team leader and key support teammates, playing an integral role in driving organization, communication, operations, and helping with marketing for the entire company. Your primary goal will be to manage operations and provide administrative support & guidance to the team as well as marketing & event coordination.

Compensation:

$45,000 - $50,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Provides complete administrative support for the business - financial support (running A/R & A/P), office & supply management, team & client event planning, marketing support & oversight, digital & physical file organization, and more
  • Understands Quickbooks and financial reporting - provides weekly reports and analyzes budgets vs. actuals with Team Leaders
  • Drives communication within the entire organization
  • Provides a high level of marketing support with social media marketing and bringing ideas to the team for driving brand awareness
  • Inspires and supports teammates & sets the standard for energy & efficiency
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in the real estate industry or as an office manager
  • Administrative Experience - 2 years experience preferred
  • Quickbooks and/or financial reporting experience with P&L/Balance Sheets
  • Understand how to utilize a database for processing client information
  • Google Suite-savvy
  • Social, print & digital marketing and "brand awareness"-savvy
  • Effective communication skills (ability to "close the loop")
  • Ability to prioritize tasks & to-do's
  • Self-starter / takes initiative
  • Highly organized
