As an integral member of the TNLH team, the TLP/Shelter Counselor provides social services to homeless or at risk youth by interacting and assisting with the day to day functions and activities. TLP/Shelter Counselor should be a caring team player who is able to manage boundaries. TNLH is a 24 hour operations, so counselors will need to have a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities Include:

• Actively engage in learning opportunities
• Actively participate in the daily activities such as cleaning and cooking
• Ensure confidentiality of guests and families
• Maintain all necessary certifications and trainings
