This is an inside sales position for the advertising department that provides public notice services to attorneys, city & county organizations & other entities.

This includes data entry & paperwork provided to the Courts. Ability to multi-task is great, but accuracy is most important.

25 hours / week

• Check and respond to all emails and phone calls
• Schedule and facilitate all ads that have been sold
• Process payments in cash and credit / debit
• Organize daily / weekly / monthly business plan and implement
• Consult with businesses, law offices, city and county organizations and other entities about their notification procedures.
• Manage any problems / issues / concerns that arise
• Maintain all active accounts
• File all necessary paperwork and insertion orders
• Back up other reps when they are absent
• Other duties as requested

Hours :

Monday-Friday 12pm 5 : 00pm

Minimum Qualifications :

High school graduate, computer literate, good people skills and customer service skills.
