We are seeking an experienced, Energetic, Charismatic Assistant Director. The Assistant Director will be responsible for working closely with our current Director on everyday duties such as proactively communicating with parents to accommodate their child’s needs, Strong leadership while overseeing staff, managing the center while the director attends monthly Director meetings, meeting deadlines before they are due, etc.

Qualification:

Sixty semesters or 90 quarter hours of credit from an accredited college or university with 18 semesters or 27 quarter hours in courses related directly to child care and child development from birth to age 6; Two years (3120 clock hours) of child development experience in a nursery school, kindergarten, or licensed daycare center, 30 semester or 45 quarter hours of college credits with 10 semester or 15 quarter hours in courses related directly to child care and/or child development, and proof of enrollment in an accredited college or university until 2 years of college credit have been achieved. A total of 18 semesters or 27 quarter hours in courses related directly to child care and/or child development is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
