The Noble Company of SC, LLC is Hiring a HOA Property Management Near Myrtle, SC

COME JOIN our expanding business! This is your Opportunity to part of a local fast-paced HOA Property Management Company that is seeking a professional, organized, task-oriented person with experience in HOA Management. Note: This is NOT a rental management position. Experience with all types of HOA properties to including high-rise condominiums, townhouses, single-family homes, etc. is a Plus! We are looking for someone who is outgoing, able to multi-task, listen and follow instructions, extremely organized, has strong written and oral communication skills, excellent time management skills, and is proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). This can be a very demanding yet rewarding position and you must be willing to work hard and take on challenges. This is a full time, year-round position with a rotating afterhours/weekend "on call" schedule.

General Responsibilities:

  • Respond to the Board of Directors' requests and needs via email, phone or written correspondence in a timely manner
  • Respond to homeowners' requests and needs via email, phone or written correspondence in a timely manner
  • Conduct and attend Board of Directors' and Annual HOA meetings
  • Obtain and negotiate all vendor contracts
  • Inspect properties and submit HOA violation correspondence
  • Prepare yearly budgets

Job Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook
  • Experience in TOPS ONE a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and the desire to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility, ability to multi-task, detail-oriented, confidentiality and a can-do attitude
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Team player
  • Must be able to meet deadlines
  • Experience in HOA Property Management
  • Valid Driver's License; clean driving record

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to sit, stand, walk, kneel, crawl, stoop, reach with hands and arms, talk, hear, push, pull, grasp, use hands and fingers, and lift up to 15 pounds.
