Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mid-Level Project Manager with a PMP certification and specialized expertise in managing technical infrastructure projects, particularly those with a focus on disaster recovery. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and delivering complex technical infrastructure initiatives, ensuring resilience and disaster recovery capabilities are at the forefront. This role requires a solid technical background, project management proficiency, and experience in leading disaster recovery efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Infrastructure Project Management:

• Lead end-to-end project management for technical infrastructure initiatives, including networks, servers, storage systems, and other IT components.
• Develop detailed project plans, outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.

1. Disaster Recovery Planning and Implementation:

• Spearhead the development and execution of disaster recovery plans for technical infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the creation, testing, and maintenance of robust disaster recovery procedures.

1. Stakeholder Engagement:

• Engage with cross-functional teams, technical experts, and business stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Foster effective communication channels to keep stakeholders informed of project progress and changes.

1. Risk Management:

• Identify potential risks associated with technical infrastructure projects and disaster recovery plans.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize the impact on project delivery.

1. Resource Management:

• Effectively manage project resources, including internal teams, external contractors, and vendors.
• Optimize resource allocation to ensure project success within defined parameters.

1. Quality Assurance:

• Implement and enforce quality standards for technical infrastructure projects, ensuring that deliverables meet industry best practices.
• Conduct regular quality assessments and audits throughout the project lifecycle.

1. Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate project documentation, including technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and disaster recovery documentation.
• Generate regular reports to communicate project status, key performance indicators, and any relevant technical insights.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• PMP certification is required.
• 6 years of experience in technical infrastructure project management.
• Proven experience in disaster recovery planning, testing, and execution.
• Strong technical background in IT infrastructure components such as networks, servers, and storage systems.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices related to technical infrastructure and disaster recovery.
