In the sales role at The Nieves Law Firm, you have to excel at tracking data in spreadsheets, conducting sales calls with potential new clients, completing follow-up calls to ensure those clients have been onboarded successfully with the firm and setting the clients up with an introduction to their lead attorney to begin work on the case.

The ideal candidate shouldhave experience in the sales of products - having sold luxury products is a plus. Most importantly the candidate MUST be able to empathize with others going through difficult circumstances, maintain confidentiality, be encouraging, and have the ability to make potential clients feel comfortable and heard.

Spanish speaking preferred.

  • Manage client feedback and reviews
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential referral sources
  • In accordance with the ethical rules governing lawyers, this team member will Not provide legal advice, quote a fee that has not been authorized by the attorney, or sign an engagement with a client. • You Must be a problem solver
  • You Must be able to think on your feet

  • You Must have sales experience and sales training
  • You Must be willing to travel for periodic sales training
  • You Must be willing to make yourself available to make and receive calls on the weekends and after regular business hours if a lead comes in
  • Spanish fluency is strongly preferred

The ideal candidate will be organized about tracking, taking notes, following up, and analyzing where a person is in their life, where they want to get to, and whether our firm is the one who can help get them there.
