Job-Specific Expectations
  • Oversees performance of service drive.
  • Oversees customer reception in service drive – trains greeters and porters to provide excellence in relations.
  • Handles all incoming service vehicles, greets clients, and gets the service write up process started.
  • Manages service drive to insure porters are parking and retrieving vehicles for customers in a timely manner while maintain excellence in communications with customers at all times.
  • Tags vehicles as needed and readies those for Accelerated Service.
  • Performs quick check alignments on all vehicles coming through drive.
  • Installs floor mats, seat covers as needed, and parks all vehicles to be worked on in shop.
  • Maintains radio contact with service, detail, AAS bay, and receptionist.
  • Oversees the wash bay to insure vehicles are being washed in a timely and efficient manner thereby eliminating any idle time.
  • Conducts quality control inspections of completed customers’ cars to insure they are washed and vacuumed with windows cleaned properly.
  • Oversees the loaner car fleet to insure vehicles are clean, refueled, and staged for a quick and seamless loaner process.
  • Oversees the process of repair orders being taken to the team leaders as well as returned from the shop and given to the proper service advisor or warranty department representative as appropriate.
  • Monitors schedules and tasks appointed to greeters and porters to include recommending changes or additional tasks as needed.
  • Contributes to an increase in the CSI/NPS by continually providing exceptional service to all customers from drop-off to pick-up.
  • Increases the efficiency of the service drive through better organization of duties and tasks continually making modifications and adjustments as needed.
  • Retrieves vehicles for clients arriving to pick up, thanks clients for their business.
  • Assists with getting clients into courtesy loaner vehicles.
  • Prints appointments daily, and utilizes report for optimal client greeting experience.
  • Provides service shuttle back up when needed.
  • Provides excellent client service for our clients, whether external or internal.
  • Deals with customer complaints in a sensible manner by showing empathy and a pleasant attitude to show our commitment to excellent customer service and to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Completes additional tasks and projects as directed.

Compensation Range By PositionThe expected pay for this position is $17.00 to $19.00 per hour and may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonuses or commissions.
