Responsibilities

***UP TO $2,000 SIGN ON INCENTIVE***

Position Description: 

• Provide office-based clinical treatment to assigned caseload and provide coverage for peer's caseload as needed.
• Conduct assessments including review of referral information, engage participants, identify systemic strengths and weaknesses, and create individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct thorough assessments and intakes.
• Engage primary caregiver and other key participants in active change-oriented treatment by identifying and overcoming barriers to engagement. Collaborate with all relevant systems and key participants within each system to ensure their buy-in and alignment throughout treatment.
• Provide direct clinical crisis intervention treatment using methods compatible with evidence based model principles and practices.
• Participate in all evidence-based model program training, supervision and consultation activities.
• Participate in all required agency, model and stakeholder trainings, individual and group coaching and staff meetings.
• Adhere to model expectations and implement with fidelity.
• Consistently meet all program and model Key Performance Indicators (including session pacing, required casework contacts, successful client outcomes, timely completion of entry, etc.).
• Identify and address safety/risk factors including but not limited to suicidal ideation, self-harming behaviors, homicidal ideation, and substance abuse. This includes the completion of safety plans and incident reports if necessary.
• Maintain clear, concise and timely documentation of treatment efforts in progress notes that demonstrate compliance with the assigned model and supervisory review feedback.
• Manage the extensive documentation requirements in all databases to successfully comply with mandates from agency, model, and the Office of Mental Health.
• Identify community-based resources for families, collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders/providers (i.e., ACS, schools, doctors, mental health providers, courts, etc.) to monitor participation in services.

• Adherence to The Foundling’s employee policies, Code of Conduct and applicable rules, laws, regulations or bargaining agreements. 
• Appropriate engagement with support departments to ensure appropriate and timely hiring, performance management, investigation, discipline, suspension, and restructuring decisions concerning direct reports. Regular supervision and performance evaluation of direct reports.
• Any other duties and/or tasks that may be assigned.

Salary Range - $67,250 - $72,250/year

Qualifications

• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
• Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or related field
