Fast paced Neurosurgery practice looking for a motivated, people person to join our team and brighten our patients day.

Responsibilities include:

1. Greets patients and visitors in a prompt, courteous, and helpful manner.
2. Complete eligibility/insurance verification.
3. Checks in patients, verifies, and updates demographic and insurance information in the computer and on the face sheet.
4. Answer’s telephone, pages as required, and provides accurate information in a prompt manner.
5. Receives payments from patients and issues receipts.
6. Reconciles daily cash.
7. Screen’s visitors and responds to routine requests for information.
8. Maintains work area and lobby in neat and orderly manner.
9. Performs other duties as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
