Job Summary

We are seeking a data-driven Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Business Intelligence Team. This individual will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing key dashboards and reporting in the eCommerce industry across sales, operations, digital marketing channels, optimization, and forecasting. Ensuring the integrity and quality of our data will be a key part of this role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex data in a simple way to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement key performance indicator (KPI) dashboards using Tableau, ensuring clarity and accessibility for strategic decision-making.
• Develop custom business logic for large-scale data aggregation and build dynamic tools to enhance data efficiency across departments.
• Transform and integrate raw data from multiple sources into concise, visually appealing reports and summaries for non-technical stakeholders.
• Analyze trends down to the root cause, leveraging expertise in eCommerce and the Amazon/Neato business model to drive actionable business insights.
• Deliver timely and accurate ad-hoc reporting, utilizing advanced Excel skills and domain knowledge.
• Support cross-functional teams by providing critical data insights and recommendations for business improvement.
• Foster a collaborative environment, mentoring junior team members and contributing to a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and familiar with data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
• Understanding of SQL and experience with data warehouses or big databases is advantageous.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in data analytics, with a focus on eCommerce, particularly Amazon Seller Central.
• Highly organized with exceptional analytical, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities, capable of effectively conveying data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• A passion for learning, personal growth, and contributing positively to team dynamics.
• A high school diploma is required; additional experience in data entry is preferred.
• Experience with Google Big Query is a plus
