Job Description:

The Nanny League is on the lookout for a dedicated and experienced full-time, live-out Nanny to join a beautiful blended family in Indianapolis, IN. This role is perfect for a candidate who cherishes long-term commitments and is eager to become part of a family's journey for more than a year. Hours:

• Monday, Tuesday, and Friday: 3 PM - 9 PM
• Saturday and Sunday: 8 AM - 6 PM
• Off Wednesday and Thursday

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily schedules, including school drop-offs, pickups, and after-school activities for five wonderful children (ages 10, 8, 3, 10, and 7).
• Keep the children organized, maintain their routines, assist with meal preparation, bedtime routines, and homework support.
• Efficiently coordinate and plan children's schedules, ensuring clear communication with parents.
• Travel with the family as needed and manage one weekend of overnight stays every six weeks.

Requirements:

• Passion for working with children and a commitment to a long-term role.
• Exceptional organizational skills, adept at multitasking and maintaining punctuality.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Open to using a personal vehicle (with mileage reimbursement) or a provided vehicle.
• Willingness to travel with the family; a valid passport is required.
• Professional experience in managing multiple children.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive pay range of $25-35/hr gross, paid via payroll.
• Generous PTO and 3-5 sick days.
