We are looking for a highly skilled Business Finance Attorney to contribute to our legal team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing legal counsel on a variety of corporate and commercial matters, including financial transactions, acquisitions, divestitures, and commercial real estate transactions. The ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders to achieve clients' goals is crucial.
Responsibilities:
Provide legal counsel on corporate and commercial matters, including financial transactions, acquisitions, and divestitures.
Handle commercial real estate transactions, public procurement matters, and sales/vendor contracts.
Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to meet challenges and achieve clients' goals.
Strike a practical balance between business and legal objectives, drawing on pre-law expertise in commercial lending/corporate finance.
Prepare and review letters of intent, NDAs, definitive agreements, and documents for acquisitions and finance transactions.
Provide legal support to clients, including a Nasdaq-listed telecommunications company and a $300M commercial laundry systems business.
Analyze and recommend strategic solutions to organizational and operational problems.
Draft contracts, real estate leases, license agreements, employment agreements, and non-competition agreements.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree and a valid license to practice law in NH.
Extensive experience in corporate and commercial law, with a focus on financial transactions, acquisitions, and commercial real estate.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
