The Mower Shop is Hiring a Sales Associate Near Medina, OH
The Mower Shop is currently seeking a full-time Sales Associate for our Sales & Parts Counter to join our growing, family-owned outdoor power equipment dealership. This position requires excellent customer interaction and communication and lots of "on your feet" time. Ideal candidates are knowledgeable about our equipment and the industry, have a good attitude, are self-motivated, hard working, responsible, trustworthy, have good communication skills and have a desire to help the business grow.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Customer Service (answer the phone, greet customers, answer questions, assist customers with parts orders or new machine sales, etc.)
- Parts lookup, sales, and purchase orders
- Allocate parts received to designated areas for service work or over-the-counter parts sales
- Maintain a clean showroom/store/counter
- Payment processing over-the-counter and over-the-phone
- Schedule pick-ups and deliveries
- New Machine Sales and Financing
- Inventory Management
- Data Entry
Schedule:
Day Shift 9-5
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
Morning Shift 9-1
Wednesday, Saturday
