The Movement Studio is expanding and we are now accepting resumes for our [full-time/part-time] admin position! This job will be filled very quickly, so read below to see if you are going to be a great fit! :)

This position includes:

• Answering incoming phone calls
• Making outbound phone calls
• Responding to emails
• Responding to social media messages
• Creating and updating customer accounts
• Manage the studio's calendar, including scheduling classes, rehearsals, and events
• Modifying documents on Word and Excel or Google Drive
• Maintain office supplies and inventory management
• Assist with managing the studio's social media accounts
• Attending weekly staff trainings

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years old or older
• Billingual English / Russian
• Must have a clean criminal background
• Must be drug and tobacco-free
• Must have a positive attitude
• Must be coachable and willing to learn new skills
• Must have a desire to serve customers at the highest level with respect and enthusiasm
• Knowledge of dance or experience working in a dance studio is a plus
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
