Seeking a reliable part-time bar back for our farm to table, family-owned restaurant in Saratoga Springs. Opened 4 days a week off-season and 5 during peak season (May through October). Our mission is to source quality products from local farms and distilleries that are committed to sustainable environmental practices. The thing that sets us apart from other restaurants is our immense drive to use fresh, local, sustainable ingredients.

Bar backs support Bartenders with restocking, cleanliness, and offering support. Their duties include polishing and restocking glasses, restocking beer fridge, liquor, wine. Assisting with garnishing and preparing well mixers.

Other job responsibilities include:

• Assisting bartenders with table service
• Wine service knowledge preferred (Will train)
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies report any shortages to manager
• Maintain a clean and organized bar
• Knowledge about responsible service around alcohol
• Required to lift up to 50 pounds
