Experienced litigation legal assistant to work with Intellectual Property group in their fast-paced, deadline-driven North Scottsdale firm.

Duties & Requirements:

• Team player
• Have 3-5 years litigation experience
• Detail-oriented
• Strong proofreading skills
• Excel at time management
• Secretarial and administrative support to attorneys
• Preparation of memos, pleadings, and other documentation
• Entering conflict information
• File pleadings, electronically or otherwise with both state and federal court systems
• Docketing of dates
• Make travel arrangements
• Prepare expense reimbursement documentation
• Maintain attorney calendars
