Our firm is currently seeking an experienced Paralegal with at the very least 6 years of experience in family law. The firm practices Business, Entertainment and Family Law and the Paralegal will most likely get exposure to, and work in all three areas. Ideal candidate must have experience drafting, research, have excellent time management skills and be a problem solver. Experience with Clio a plus.

**Responsibilities:**
As a remote paralegal, you will be an integral part of our legal team, providing crucial support to our attorneys and clients. Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Assisting attorneys with case preparation, document drafting, and filing
- Conducting legal research and analysis related to family law matters
- Maintaining and organizing case files and documents
- Liaising with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel professionally and courteously
- Submitting detailed and accurate billing reports of hours worked, including client work and task breakdowns
**Requirements:**
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in California family law is essential. Candidates without this specific experience will not be considered.
- Proven track record of working as a paralegal with excellent references and freelance experience is highly desired.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in legal research, document drafting, and case management software.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
- A high level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
