Morning Star is hiring for the 2024 season. Join the team! Production Forklift Drivers responsibilities include (but are not limited to) moving product and materials to and from the warehouse in a safe and timely manner.

Operational Responsibilities : Perform daily pre-shift inspections and report forklift problems to coordinator Keep the forklift clean, safe and full of fuel Moves materials from the filler room to the warehouse Moves yard trailers to the warehouse for stacking Takes full product from the yard trailers and stacks them in specific locations in the warehouse Scan containers Document row details Keep track of materials you are moving Keep work areas neat and clean Physical Requirements for Job Description : Work in extreme temperatures Work around fumes, odors, loud noises or chemicals Sitting and driving a forklift for long periods of time Occasionally lift, push, pull and carry a maximum weight of 50 pounds Occasionally Stand Able to work 40-60 hours / week with occasional overtime to cover for days off May be exposed to heat and cold conditions Competency Requirements : Complete and pass the forklift written and driving certification Follow all Liberty Packing policies, including GMP’s and safety Understand and carry out instructions while performing manual labor related tasks Able to work unsupervised Maintains a positive attitude towards other colleagues Apply today to join a productive and hardworking team.
