Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Gardener to join our team at our local school farm. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance of our outdoor spaces. This is a hands-on position that requires knowledge of various gardening techniques.

Responsibilities would include planting, cultivating, taking care of trees, shrubs, and flowers. Monitor plant health.

- Keep Garden areas clean and organized

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow.

Experience:

- Previous experience in gardening or landscaping is preferred

- Knowledge of plant species, growth patterns, and care requirements

- Understanding of landscape design principles

- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
