Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Expeditor to join our team. As an Expeditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of food orders from the kitchen to the dining area. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and communicate between the kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely delivery of food to customers. This is a fast-paced position that requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of food orders
- Communicate with servers to prioritize and deliver food orders efficiently
- Double-check orders for accuracy and presentation before they are served
- Ensure that all food items meet quality and safety standards
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to provide exceptional customer service
- Handle customer inquiries or concerns regarding their orders

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role preferred
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve issues effectively
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Preferred Skills:
- Culinary background or training
- Familiarity with restaurant or hotel operations

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.87 - $21.52 per hour
