Job Overview:

The Mobile Mop is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in various settings, including residential and rental properties. If you have a strong work ethic and enjoy creating a clean and welcoming environment, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

- Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming

- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas

- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners

- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces

- Launder and fold linens as needed

- Adhere to safety guidelines and follow proper procedures for handling cleaning chemicals

- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor

- Provide excellent customer service to clients

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work is preferred

- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently

- Ability to prioritize tasks based on importance and urgency

- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required

- Strong communication skills to interact with clients in a professional manner

Requirements:

- Must pass a background check

- Must have a valid form of ID or state issued drivers license

Disclaimer: This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling options. With the majority of our clientle being vaction rentals, hours may be minimal until the end of May/begining of June when the season begins. Further details regarding scheduling/hours will be discussed with interview candidates.

Pay: $18.50 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 25 per week
