We are currently seeking a part time front desk receptionist/customer service representative at the MMA Lab in Phoenix AZ. The MMA Lab is Arizona's premier mixed martial arts facility providing world class martial arts and fitness training to all levels of athletes from world champion professional fighters to children learning basic self-defense. This position will require a kind and charismatic individual with good communication skills,customer service experience, and sales experience. Job duties will include;

- Greeting new and current members as they enter our facility

- Providing tours and program information to potential members

- Utilizing our computer system to sign up new members, process payments, and update information

- Answer phone calls and emails

- Recommend membership and equipment packages to best fit members needs

- Schedule and follow up on free trial classes

- Use cash register to ring up merchandise

- Clean the reception/lobby areas

- Wash and store training equipment/attire

- Have a general understanding of the martial arts programs we teach

Martial arts training experience is not required for this position, but, it is a benefit. In addition to the posted hourly rate this position also includes a free Elite membership package which allows unlimited access to all of our training options.
