The Missing Piece ABA Therapy, LLC is Hiring a Behavior Analyst Trainee/Fellow Near Auburn, IN

The Missing Piece is a small BCBA owned company that serves children in the clinical setting in Auburn and Kendallville. We are seeking a behavior analysis student to work closely with our team of BCBAs. Students receive an ample amount of supervision with hands on experience. Supervision is at no cost to the student throughout their time at The Missing Piece ABA.

Students receive 12 PTO days per year as well as paid summer and winter break. Students also receive one work from home day per week. We offer flexible scheduling with opportunities to leave early or come in late.

Duties:
- Work hand in hand with a BCBA to learn how to provide effective feedback to RBT's.

-Weekly leadership training as well as clinical training with a team of BCBA's.

-Training on multiple different assessments (VBMAPP, AFLS, PEAK, EFLS, etc.)

-The student will undergo a tiered training system that allows them the opportunity to learn all job duties of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst when it comes times to take the test!

Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g., special education, psychology, applied behavior analysis)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children with special needs, preferably in a clinical or therapeutic setting
- Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy principles and techniques
- Experience in data collection and analysis to inform treatment decisions
- Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in the field of special education and developmental disabilities

-Must be enrolled in a Masters program to apply

This position requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, patient, and dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with special needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
