PATIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE The Mint Cannabis is seeking to employ a Patient Service Representative at our NEW location in St.
Peters Mo. POSITION DESCRIPTION : Patient Service Representative provides patients with education and information about cannabis and its uses while providing amazing customer service.
At times a patient service representative will be asked to cross train and assist in other departments such as, administration and packaging.
The role requires an enthusiastic people-person that is eager to learn and passionate about cannabis.We want to maintain a fun, welcoming, and professional environment for patients and coworkers.
All shifts currently available; weekend availability is required! DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Check-in, verify the status and report patient allotment on State-side system.
Greet customers, get to know them and understand their interest in cannabis. Provides patients with education and information about cannabis and its uses.
Assists patients with product selection in an efficient and timely manner. Processes patient orders and payments utilizing POS software.
Operate, maintain and close cash till and deposit end of daily earnings. Assists management staff with daily operational needs.
This includes assisting in other departments when needed) Maintain a clean and professional environment for patients. Verifies patient's allotment and ensure they have the allotment necessary for their purchase.
Organize and display product neatly to maximize sales, ensure proper store signage is maintained at all times, and ensure the quality and freshness of all products.
Valid MO Drivers License & reliable transportation High school diploma or equivalent. Must obtain AGENT ID permit. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES : High attention to detail with thorough record keeping abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 35lbs. Ability to stand for extended periods of time (3 hours).
Ability to operate a computer, POS / register system, keyboards, and scanners. Knowledge of cannabis brands and products available on the Missouri market.
