The Middletown Home is seeking a compassionate, talented and caring RN to join our Skilled Nursing Department on our Post-Acute Care Unit full-time 7am-7pm every Saturday and Sunday with premium pay.

As an RN Charge Nurse you will practice person-directed care, mentor and coach direct caregivers and perform the nursing functions which will include delivery of medication and treatments to provide excellent care to our residents. This individual is also very involved in our admission and discharge process as well as working closely with our Therapy Team to foster a resident centered atmosphere.
