The Front Desk/Concierge will use their guest services skills to welcome and direct employees, guests and vendors.
The hours for this temporary position are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, 35 hours per week.

Responsibilities:Addressess visitors and guest formall and professionally
Checks visitors and guests into the system
Maintain daily visitor system
Creates ID Badges
Maintain daily visitor system
Properly screen all visitors and announce arrival to proper party
Professional phone etiquette
Coordinate and communicate building requests throughout property
Assist team with training, supplies and support in order to consistently provide quality service.
Qualifications:Required Experience:
6 months or more of customer service experience.
Required Education/Training:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Required Skills and Abilities:
Must have excellent organization skills
Must present professional business appearance
Working Conditions:
- Primarily an office environment.
- May work around cleaning solvents, paint fumes, and landscaping chemicals.
- Evening and weekend work may be required.
