Job Description:

• Identify company training needs and develop a standard training platform.
• Develop training materials.
• Work with technical Subject Matter Experts and Technical Writers to develop training materials.
• Develop web-based document library in Litmos Learning Management System.
• Create training material for all equipment, (processing, product handling, packaging).
• Oversight of training materials to assure consistent message and voice.
• Update older training material into a modern platform.
• Develop a web-based document library.
• Help with training of in-house staff (and will be made available to customers via LMS on a chargeable basis.
• Work with engineers, staff, management, technical SME’s, field service reps, customers who visit, etc… - in-person, on-site. May also travel to customer sites and meet with FSR’s and technical teams.

Required/Desired:

• 2-3 years developing training/adult learning materials.
• 3-5 years experience working in a Learning Management System (LMS).
• Have utilized a LMS to deliver training.
• Able to develop training materials to be used in a LMS.
• Proficient with Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Familiar with Litmos Learning Management System – a plus.
• Experience creating training material with Articulate (preferred), or will consider Camtasia, Adobe, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar programs.
• Experience with processing equipment, product handling, and/or packaging equipment.
• Any adult education experience or training is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Products.
• Drug Test and Background Check.
• Ability to Travel 20% of the time.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Graphic Artist, or related field (perhaps Technical Writing).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Adult Learning, Education, Instructional Design, or Graphic Design, and possibly in HR or Teaching.
