The Metal Ware Corporation is a privately owned company located in Two Rivers, Wisconsin. Metal Ware has been manufacturing consumer products for over 100 years. You may know us best through our brands such as NESCO, Chard, and Grizzly. We make many of our products here in our Two Rivers plant using injection molding, metal stamping and rotational molding equipment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Follow proper start–up and shutdown procedures.
• Troubleshoots issues and resolves problems with injection molding machines.
• Monitor product and visually inspect for defects and take corrective action as needed upon changeovers.
• Assign operators to presses based on production needs.
• Ensuring maintenance of equipment is completed.
• Complete production paperwork and reports.
• Maintain documentation systems related to mold set-up, changeover, and start-up.
• Assist with training as needed.
• Promote Company Core Values.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Solid background in injection molding. 
• 5 years’ experience preferred. 
• Knowledge of manufacturing operations and quality processes required. 
• Mechanical aptitude required. 
• Ability to read and follow verbal and written instructions. 
• Ability to read blueprints and process setup sheets. 
• Ability to plan and strategize. 
• Ability to manage priorities.
• Ability to meet deadlines. 
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 
• Must be reliable in addition to above-average attendance.
