Metal Ware is a private corporation in the housewares and sporting goods industry with both domestic and international manufacturing. Metal Ware is the corporation behind National brands including: NESCO, CHARD, Carey, Grizzly Dock, HSx, and Open County, in addition to licensed brands including DeWalt, Zatarain's, and Black & Decker. We have been a part of the Lakeshore Community for over one hundred years. Today, we specialize in injection molding, rotational molding, extrusion molding, and metal stamping.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Participates in the planning process for both short-term and long-term projects. 
• Assist in the stage gate product development process and strategy.
• Assist in product road map development. 
• Assist with competitive strategy for product lines. 
• Assist with the item creation and maintenance within company operating systems. 
• Maintain and organize master product lists and sales presentations. 
• Champion organization and maintenance of product information management system. 
• Perform research to identify customer needs through the development of new products and marketing trends. 
• Partner with the sales team to organize and arrange product quote requests. 
• Create and implement timeline for product launches, and ensure established timelines are met. 
• Promote Company Core Values.
• Other duties as assigned.
