Job Summary

The Resident Aide is responsible for providing personal care and assistance to our Assisted Living residents. The ideal candidate will have a passion for elder care, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to providing quality care to our residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to residents, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as eating, toileting, and ambulating
• Provide companionship and support to residents
• Report any changes in resident health or behavior to the appropriate staff member

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of experience in elder care
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week
