Homeless Outreach - 

This team works in the greater Manchester Community identifying individuals who are homeless or at risk of being homeless, or in need of mental health treatment, and providing them with short-term counseling, case management, and referral services. Our Homeless Outreach Specialists provide outreach to shelters, homeless camps, community human services agencies, and anywhere that our homeless neighbors may be located. 

InShape 

This team works with both kids and adults to improve mental health with the aid of fitness and nutrition. InShape is looking for an active, energetic, and team-orientated intern to participate in group facilitation with clients, resource gathering and sharing, and InShape celebration events

Integrated Transitions Team- 

Provide community-based, face-to-face interventions to individuals. opportunities on two teams: Intensive Transition Team - help individuals reduce emergency department utilization by connecting to health and medical services. 

Care Transition Team: Help individuals return to the community following hospitalization or release from a correctional facility.

Residential Specialist-

Provide support around daily living and mental health management in one of our 24/7, community-based group residence homes. Help increase independence, encourage skill acquisition and utilization, and help with symptom management. Requires the ability to form therapeutic relationships, think critically, provide interventions, and take initiative. 

Human Resources -

This is a very customizable internship; let us know what type of human resources experience you are looking for, and we would be happy to accommodate you as best as we can. Internship focuses can include recruitment, state, and federal forms and guidelines, employee life cycle, employee engagement, and retention. 

Requirements

Must be enrolled in at an accredited university, receiving credit for the internship, and be able to commute to the office as these are not remote internships. All internships are unpaid, and we do require an initial covid and flu vaccinations*
