Job Description

The Melting Pot exists to provide the Perfect Night Out®. This means turning moments into memories through a social, interactive dining experience. It is the responsibility of the heart of the house team member to provide the Perfect Night Out® to every guest at every table. A heart of the house team member must be a positive, consistent hospitality-oriented role model to other staff and guests.

Qualification Requirements

To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to provide the Perfect Night Out®. This is accomplished through consistent quality food preparation, production and presentation in addition to additional tasks designated by the leadership team.

Education & Experience

Education in restaurant is highly desired and recommended. Food safety certification recommended.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Physical setting:

• Fine dining restaurant

Shift:

• Night shift

Weekly day range:

• Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Phoenix, AZ 85044: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Dishwashers & Stewards: 1 year (Preferred)
