The Plantation at Lafayette and The Grove at Plantation has an immediate need for a Maintenance Technician!!!

Responsibilities:

• Responds to resident service requests and concerns in a timely manner
• Ensure apartment units are move-in ready
• Assists in upkeep of common areas, pools, etc.
• Reports any maintenance concerns for repairs on vacants, models, clubhouse, and/or common areas to the Maintenance Supervisor

Requirements:

• Must be able to perform on-call duties
• HVAC certification highly preferred
• Prior industry/relevant experience is needed
