Compression Works Inc is seeking a hard-working person for our Medical Specialty Boutique in Charlotte NC. We are looking for an energetic, compassionate team member who enjoys helping people look and feel their best. The right person will need previous work experience in customer service, detailed paperwork, multitasking, and Medical Admin work experience is a positive. Training will be provided for the Compression Therapy and Mastectomy Prosthesis and Bra Fitting role. The position has great hours – Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 4:00 pm. Duties:

- Onboard patients through greeting and signing required documents for insurance billing and medical authorizations

- Fit and adjust medical device garments, such as prosthetics, Bras and Compression Stockings, according to patient specifications

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to determine the appropriate device or equipment for each patient
- Take accurate measurements of patients' body parts to ensure proper fit
- Educate patients on the proper use and care of their fitted devices or equipment
- Maintain accurate records of fittings and adjustments
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in fitting techniques

Skills:
- Proficiency in coding and documentation related to fitting procedures
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
- Excellent patient service skills with the ability to provide compassionate care
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
