Our organization is seeking a qualified Licensed Massage Therapist to work on a per-visit schedule with our geriatric population in their own homes and is performed in accordance with physician orders and IDG plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Director of Clinical Services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Understands and adheres to established policies and procedures.
• Provides Massage therapy to patient and or primary care giver as prescribed by the physician and IDG.
• Improves or minimizes residual physical disabilities of the patient.
• Participates with all other health care personnel in patient IDG care planning.
• Consults with physicians and IDG regarding change in treatment.
• Participates in in-service programs and presents in-service programs as assigned.
• Participates in QAPI activities as assigned.
• Attends all patient care conferences as scheduled.
• Prepares clinical and progress notes.
• Helps develop the plan of care and revise as necessary.
• Consults with family and Hospice personnel.
