Responsibilities:
- Assist the management team with daily operations of the spa
- Handle vendor management, including ordering supplies and maintaining relationships with suppliers
- Plan and organize spa events, such as promotional activities or special client events
- Manage the spa's calendar, including scheduling appointments and coordinating staff schedules
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from clients or potential clients
- Assist with medical office management tasks, such as maintaining patient records or coordinating with healthcare providers
- Provide general office support, such as managing paperwork, filing, or organizing documents
- Communicate effectively with clients, staff members, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
Skills:
-Excellent vendor management abilities to ensure timely delivery of supplies and maintain good relationships with suppliers
- Proficient calendar management skills to efficiently schedule appointments and coordinate staff schedules
- Familiarity with phone systems to handle incoming calls and provide excellent customer service
- Knowledge of medical office management practices to assist with patient records and coordination with healthcare providers
- Office administration skills to handle general administrative tasks and maintain organized systems
-Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, staff members, and other stakeholders
