Overview:
Are you a student studying to be a social worker? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical documentation, psychotherapy, and case management. This position offers the opportunity to work with diverse populations, including pediatrics and senior care.

Duties:
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments
- Provide mental health counseling and clinical counseling services
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
- Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to support clients
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations

Skills:
- Proficiency in medical documentation
