The Meadows of Marion, a BRAND NEW skilled nursing facility for Foundations Health Solutions, located just south of Ohio Health Marion General Hospital, is seeking a dynamic, strong, energetic and dedicated Full Time Maintenance Director to open our facility.

The successful candidate will:

• Be experienced in facility maintenance management
• Be dedicated to ensuring the facility maintenance schedule is adhered to
• Ensure that all facility machinery and systems are operating as expected
• Exhibit behaviors such as excellent communication skills
• Be able to lead a team
• Have knowledgeable of systems and machinery related to an established nursing facility
• Be able to work inside/outside of the building and on the grounds
• Be able to pass a back ground check and have a valid OH drivers license.
• Able to drive the facility bus and van
