The Meadows of Marion, a BRAND NEW skilled nursing facility for Foundations Health Solutions, located just south of Ohio Health Marion General Hospital, is seeking a dynamic, strong, energetic and dedicated Full Time Director of Nursing to open our facility.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:

• Overall direction, coordination & evaluation of nursing care services provided to the residents.
• Implementing nursing services, objections and standards; resolving resident care issues.
• Ensuring compliance with all State & Federal guidelines.
• Ensuring all confidentiality and privacy rights of residents are observed & enforced.
• Overseeing State Survey complaints, investigations and resolutions.

The successful candidate will possess the following minimum qualifications:

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio and in good standing with the Board of Nursing
• Minimum of 1 year of acute care, long term care or geriatric supervisor and management experience in a Medicaid/Medicare certified facility
• Must have excellent computer and communication skills.
• Must be able to follow all established Federal, State and Local rules, regulations and guidelines.
• Proven ability to lead a clinical team to successful clinical outcomes
