Business Operations Associate Role:

• Work with sales team to gather all necessary listing documents and input into our listing portal for compliance.
• Help answer phone calls that are received when in the office.
• Listing Photography, Drone Photography, Photo Editing.
• Input listing photos and information into Multiple Listing Service.
• Create and oversee social media marketing for team to ensure posts are delivered on a timely manner.
• Ensure all correct documents are gathered for listing file.
• Act as point of communication with sellers.
• Ensure correct listing info is sent to marketing department in timely manner.
• Close out contract files for compliance.
• Ensure commission dispersement agreements are recieved in timely manner.
• Receive feedback from agents after showings and ensure sent to sellers in timely manner.
• Help with lead dispersement and lead tracking systems.
• Help with strategic commuication to key contacts within our database.
• Help with placing sign and lockbox at listings when needed.
• Coordinating and odering sign riders when needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $42,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
