We are currently hiring dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Part-time Residential Cleaning Techs. As a vital member of our cleaning crew, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional cleaning results to our residential clients, leaving their homes spotless and inviting.

Responsibilities:

· Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors

· Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other living spaces

· Wipe down surfaces, countertops, and appliances to remove dirt, grime, and fingerprints.

· Empty trash bins and replace liners as needed.

· Follow established cleaning protocols and checklists to ensure consistent and thorough cleaning standards within designated timeframes

· Use cleaning products and properly maintaining equipment safely and efficiently, following all safety guidelines and procedures

· Communicate effectively with management and teammates

· Uphold company standards for professionalism, reliability, and quality of service

Qualifications and skills:

· Strong attention to detail and time management skills

· Ability to take directions and feedback well

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with teammates and clients

· Professional appearance and demeanor at all times

· Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment

· Physical stamina and strength to perform cleaning duties, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods

· Reliable personal transportation to and from job sites (MUST HAVE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS OF ALABAMA STATE LIABILITY INSURANCE)

· Flexibility to work weekdays between 8am-5pm

· Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check as part of the hiring process

· Previous cleaning, janitorial, patient care, hospitability or customer service experience is an asset, but not required.
