Assistant Maintenance Grounds Technician Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Pressure Washing. This duty is performed weekly, about 50% of the time.

2. Window Cleaning. This duty is performed weekly, about 10% of the time.

3. Cleaning railings and furniture at patios. This duty is performed weekly, about 5% of the time.

4. Irrigation Repairs. This duty is performed weekly, about 5% of the time.

5. Assisting the Maintenance Grounds Technician with transporting trash receptacles to the compactor and back. This duty is performed weekly, about 15% of the time.

6. Miscellaneous Maintenance projects around the exterior of campus. This duty is performed weekly, about 10% of the time.

7. Assisting with materials storage. This duty is performed weekly, about 5% of the time.

8. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
