The Paralegal is responsible for completing all assigned duties under the supervision and direction of their managing attorney. The Paralegal also acts as a liaison between clients and the attorney to ensure outstanding communication and case organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Understanding of personal injury law and case management strategies
- Providing compassion and professionalism to clients and other outside parties
- Transcribe correspondence, pleadings, and discovery requests/responses
- Comply with Court/discovery deadlines
- Proactive documentation of all/any work done on a case
- Corresponding with counsel about matters
- Act as liaison between attorneys, clients, and witnesses
- Gather, organize, summarize, and index documents from various sources
- Provide logistical support, including filing legal documents or collecting legal documents at a variety of venues
- Drafting and filing motions, pleadings, and other court documents
- Organizing and summarizing medical bills and medical records
- Constantly updating case medical expenses.
- Schedule depositions and mediations
Requirements:
- Paralegal certification from an accredited university
- Superb oral and written communication skills
- Punctual - excellent time-management
- Naturally forward driven, constantly takes initiative
- Problem solving
- Extreme attention to detail
- Creative and curious – always seeking greater knowledge
- Must be tech forward, knowledge of EsquireTek, written discovery automation software a plus
- Bilingual Spanish/English a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
