Our Phoenix office is looking to hire an experienced Jr. Talent Acquisition Recruiter with a desire to develop a career within the legal industry. The ideal candidate is an individual who works well in a fast-paced environment. This position requires a true professional who is dedicated and passionate about serving our clients. You will assist clients and guests, answer multi-line phones, manage conference room reservations, and update employee lists and directories. Additionally, you will help office personnel with a variety of tasks at our front desk including calendaring, and serve as a liaison with department managers.

Responsibilities

• Schedule phone, video-conference and in-person interviews; working directly with candidates and hiring managers
• Provide status updates to candidates via phone and email
• Conduct initial phone interviews with potential candidates
• Meeting with Department Managers to understand staffing needs or concerns
• Help coordinate other recruiting activities
• Manage our ATS (applicant tracking system), assisting to create new positions, writing job descriptions, updating existing job descriptions.
• Review inbound candidate applications and determine qualification
• Further develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies and hiring processes that result in high caliber hires and positive candidate experience
• Source top candidates from multiple job boards (Indeed, Zip recruiter, LinkedIn, etc)
• Prepare reports on new hire metrics (e.g. time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire)

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of recruiting experience
• Strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite
• Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System, preferably Greenhouse
• Be able to manage confidential information
• Maintain composure under stressful conditions
